Research on Power Line Extraction and Modeling Technology Based on Laser Point Cloud

Abstract For the operation and maintenance management of Power Lines, this paper uses laser scanners to collect data from research lines, proposes a method combining random sampling consistency with Euclidean clustering extract traverse point cloud data. Firstly, idea is used eliminate large number ground points unrelated target points. Secondly, tower points, then are divided by coordinates threshold. Finally, polynomial model construct fitting traverse. The results show that can effectively accurately fit model, it has certain applicability.
